I am a Bengals fan and from what I remember, Ken Anderson was still the QB when they stared wearing those helmets and they went to the Super Bowl with Pete Johnson & Chris Collinsworth.

Bengals were the bookends that made the 49ers dynasty. Bout the only two good Super Bowls during the 80's. Most were blow outs.

Two great games. I just hated the ******* endings.

They were; second one, Krumrie injury and Stanford Jennings deciding to make it the stuper bowl may have been what did the Bengals in. Maybe this is the year as they say.

I figured you'd prefer Kaepernick over Dalton. The more things change, the more...well, you know.

Bud Adams was a vindictive jerk. There was no way he would've allowed the city of Houston to keep the Oilers name. In fact, there's a reason it's been retired.

Bud Adams was a terrible person and a Terrible owner who cared more about his money than he did anyone else.

There was a game that the Bengals were winning 57-3 over the Oilers, and a with a few seconds left, Wyche called a TO. He sent in Breech to kick a FG to make it 60. He hated Jerry Glanville that much.

One thing that Jackson does really well is get his head and waist turned looking back for the ball and not committing interference. Lots of guys get beat a little and panic. He stays with it really well. Bengals DBs are getting older so a great selection.

Agreed.

The citizens of Memphiis refused to go to the games after a seeing him in action. They bussed in here for games only. We were promised interview access, promo visits by players and staff and dozens of other promises that were ignored and broken. The season they were here, was the weirdest experience in sports I've ever seen.

I've lived through the ABA and bankrupt teams/teams owned by stockholder citizens of Memphis, a Charlie Finley disaster of a basketball franchise, the WFL, the USFL, the 6'5" and under PharMor league, etc, etc; but I've never seen a more corrupt individual who was intent on fleecing a population as Bud Adams. He's was a walking, talking crook and con man.
