Rockets swept Eastern Michigan on Tuesday. Rallied to win the first game 7-6 and cruised in the nightcap, winning 9-0 in 5 innings. Nothing on the UT site as of about 7:15 Eastern Tuesday night, but here's a link to the EMU site.

Rockets playing a doubleheader in Mount Pleasant on Saturday afternoon. In game one UT led 3-1 going to the bottom of the fifth but then things fell apart (that's probably an understatement). Chips scored 9 runs in that inning, added two more in the bottom of the sixth and this one was stopped due to the 8-run mercy rule. Central Michigan won the first game 12-3.

Rockets swept by the Chips. Lost the series finale 9-1 in 6 innings.

Toledo swept IPFW on Wednesday.

If we're going to label the baseball thread a Dumpster Fire, we might as well put that label on this thread...was looking at past records and noticed the Toledo softball program hasn't had a winning season in nearly 20 years (last one was in 1996). That's an absurd stat.
