That is further evidenced by the Senate including a clarification on minimum wage that reaffirms that it is the state's legal authority to set minimum wage and not any one municipality in this bill.

bull****!!! NC is an employ at will state you can get fired if your employer doesn't like the color of the shirt you're wearing.

As for being forced to show their genitals, bull****!!! give documented cases of this. If that argument is valid this so is the one that Sexual Predators would use the LGBT restroom law to commit sexual crimes (peeping Tom, taking pictures in restrooms and worse).

This. Basically a municipality cannot pass an ordinance (make law) that claims a right that the state has reserved for itself or that supercedes state law. For example, the bill also stated that a municipality can't set a minimum wage higher than the level set by the state.
