RE: Is tonight's GOP debate for who will be Trumps VP nominee?
Huckabee would add exactly ZERO state wins to the Republican ticket. His base is the evangelical South, which is voting red no matter who gets the nomination.
The VP must be someone that would help them win Florida, Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, etc.

Actually, from a "help with the state" perspective - either Rubio or Kasich would be the most likely choices.
With Rubio he would gain a young, hispanic heritage, Senator running mate and oh yeah - Florida.
With Kasich he gets probably the most experienced candidate running, lots of Congressional Experience (Armed Services Committee and House Budget Committee) and executive experience as a governor - and Ohio.

what's really fk'd up with that, is that race/religion/etc would be an issue today at any level.....but that goes deeper into the hole that people don't want to simply ignore....shite like that is why the media feeds 'crack to the GP'

As for who should be his VP, it's Cruz or Rubio. I'd like to see Cruz, but it would probably make more sense to go with Rubio as he would help sew up Florida.
I think Cruz nailed it when he said the election is about who would make the best commander in chief. We all know that is Hillary. I just moved to Florida (Ft Lauderdale which is liberal). Curious to see what support Bush/Rubio has in Fl Primary.
The mere suggestion that Hillary Clinton would make the best CIC should make us all go to the polls and leave the ballot for POTUS blank. We have literally scraped the bottom of the barrel of schit. This should say volumes about America and where it is heading.
It's what the libs are going with. Did you hear on CNN when they called Clinton "perhaps the most prepared commander and chief ever" (or something to that degree)..
Yup CNN was selling that Clinton was more ready for the oval office than Washington (who in addition to leading our armies played a huge role in the constitutional convention), Eisenhower (who commanded the military in WW2), Jefferson (Was VP, SoS, Minister to France, Governor of Virginia, and wrote the Declaration of Independence).
Thats off the top of my head.
If we just go by credentials and diversity of government positions held, George H.W. Bush was probably the most prepared candidate since the early 1900s.
CNN is in Clinton's back pocket and everyone should know this by now. It should've been obvious back when the public seemed to unanimously agree Sanders bested her in the debate back in October (or maybe it was September) and yet CNN acted like it was a landslide win for Clinton.
Back in the day CNN was known as the Clinton News Network.
