A transfer is a no-win situation for CJP around here...

If the player is great at their transfer school, then CJP runs off the good players.
If the player stinks at their transfer school, then CJP can't evaluate.

As with most things... it's all in what you're looking for, what you *actually* know, and what your biases are going in.
