Ideally, we will go at least 5-2 (losses to UT and EKU)

Without looking at EPSN first, you sure FAU plays back to back nights?

Looks to be the case. Of course, EKU and UTenn are only about 2 hours apart. Guess they're killing two birds with one stone.

This is our first game with Auburn transfer, C Ron Delph. Moreover this is the first game of the season with Georgia Tech transfer G Solomon Poole.
You can see the IMMIDIATE difference with their presence. FAU has led the majority of the first half, and would be dominating if not for the OVC refs doing OVC ref type things.

Unfortunately, we do. After playing this tough EKU squad, we have to take the short trip to Knoxville.

We will lose to Richmond...haven't won there in eons...with good teams and not so good teams. Their arena feels like a court was placed inside of a mausoleum. The only sound you hear is the 50-100 ODU fans that come and try to yell but the acoustics muffle the sound and there is nto a peep out of the Spider fans.

EKU have played a 3/4 court pressed and a double team inside the arc, very aggressive defense. Yet, FAU has only been fouled five times, all dead ball fouls. FAU has fouled EKU ten times.
Yeah okay....

2nd time this year Tech has gotten destroyed. Hilarious that people think they are the best team in CUSA at this point.

FAU didn't shoot a free throw until 30 minutes into the game. Cool.

Could easily make the argument that La. Tech is the best team in the conference (alongside MTSU imo). La. Tech has a good win over UT-A and not many teams in this conference have any good wins.
UAB is 3-3 against 100-200 teams and we haven't beaten a team with a winning record other than a 3-2 Georgia State so there is nothing to write home about there.

RE: 12/15 and 12/16 basketball games
Tech hasn't been tooting their horn like a few other schools. We were picked 4th in the conference, and we thought that was about right. Replacing 3 signature players and a new coach we are happy that we are 8-2 so far with no ugly RPI losses. Plus having our 3 bigs out with injuries hasn't helped. White is out on a game by game basis, Holden who should start hasn't played a minute with a broken thumb, and Davis may not be back with a MCL injury.
I'll still be happy with a 20 win season, and our youngsters are getting great playing time. We played 8 against ULL and 9 tonight.
At the end of the season, I think we will be in the hunt for our 4th regular season championship, but basketball changes with the wind. Here's hoping for an exciting conference season.

Playing UR in Richmond has been our kryptonite for as long as I can remember. To make matters worse it can be as dangerous there as playing in the hood a VCU. So much blue hair on the floor creates a definite slip hazard, and angry octagenarians in ugly-arse red sweaters yelling at you from their rascal scooters because you are blocking their view of the prune juice bar can be rather intimidating.

And we aren't even projected to be any good this season but who is better in CUSA? That's what is sad

Haters going to hate. No Tech fan has said that.
Tech is down 4 players and our three bigs. Ole Miss shot lights out.

Yep. Tech could still very well be the best team in league play. 3 time defending regular season champs are king of the hill until someone knocks them off.

Crow pie for a lot of odu posters this season. Getting bent over. Reminds me of 2012. Thought we were ready to bury that memory.
