I believe his status is day to day.

Carey is playing his game again. He said that Graham has a "good chance to play".

He will be fine until the first QB draw and is re-injured.

Lower body injury. That's probably what Carey would use to describe the Black Knight after the Scene in Python's The Holy Grail.

Eh, he has a leg thing. I don't want to say what it is because I'll get it wrong...you know with those big medical terms the doctors are using. We are getting him treatment with our best people and he is improving but we want to make sure he is good to go.

You know, if Hare really wanted to take one for the team, I would have suggested right after his season-ending injury, he get his ankle chopped off and a robotic ankle+foot put in. That way, he may be good for bowl-time! Robotic ankles & feet don't feel ligament tears, sprains, or pains!

We can rebuild him. We have the technology. Unfortunately, we don't have the budget. We can't even pay our coach six million dollars.

I'll get him to Dr. Nick. No pain will ever be felt.

Lol - funny. Yeah, NIU does need to get a bigger budget. I got a 10% warning today (belatedly due to a complaint) from a post on our WMU threads last week during the MACC game when one asked where Carey was (around halftime) -- when I said he was probably negotiating a raise to $13.50 an hour in the parking lot (a joke about NIU under-paying him).

But hey, if Carey doesn't get a least a bump in pay, or the stadium doesn't expansion this winter -- at least use the $$ not spent, on a robotic ankle+foot for Hare! With Graham, I do believe he'll be OK in the very least. But he may be prone to re-injure it, I dunno. But they key issue is -- is he going to be able to perform like he was against Toledo & WMU -- or like he was against Ohio? But either way, get the true walk-on frosh up and ready. Robotic Hare could only help. Just saying!

Dr. Nick (or his equivalent) has been working at health services since i was an undergrad. I had to explain that as a man I didn't need a pregnancy test, even if it was a sprained ankle.
