1. Ark State
2. App
3. Georgia Southern
4. ULL
5. USA
6. Troy
7. Idaho
8. Ga State
9. NMSU
10. Texas State
11. ULM
----
Notable games next week
1) USA and ULL play in Mobile. Winner has an inside track for the 4th bowl slot. Loser will be in trouble. I think USA needs this game more than ULL.
2) Ga Southern plays at Troy. Its an elimination game for Troy.
3) Ga State at Texas State. This might be an elimination game for the coaches. Although, I'm inclined to be a bit more supportive of Trent Miles than Coach Fran. Georgia State has never won a FBS game at home.

I never wanted to lose to Georgia St but please best us. Please. We it to make sure Fran and hopefully the AD are gone. Wins don't help us at this point.

Wow listen to you guys. Sadly I understand. I hope men's BB will not do so well so we can make sure our coach is gone.

Maybe a 3-0 win one way or the other is enough to make both teams look bad.

That would imply either team has a defense.

You should do what AState and FAU did several years ago when both teams were terrible. AState won 3-0 in Overtime. At the time, it was the only modern FBS game to enter overtime scoreless.

1a Georgia Southern layed an egg vs App but dominated otherwise in conference and blowout win over a top Mac team in wmu.
1b Ark St impressive win over App, but in a battle with GaSt the week before.
1c App St tougher schedule and dose of reality. Still a solid team but not great.
4. ULL - should have lost to GaSt. Black cloud on program hurting team.
5. Troy - will find out this weekend how much they have improved.
6. S. Alabama - sdsu solid win for sbc.
7. Idaho
8. GaSt
9. NMSU
10. Texas St.
11. ULM

RE: Sun Belt Power Rankings 11/08/15
1. StAte... Undefeated in conference and I don't see that changing. Eventual conference champs
2. App State... 7-2, with the 1 conference loss to stAte and a blow out win over GS
3. Georgia Southern...good team, we will find out more about the
This coming weekend.
4. Troy... Tail of two seasons, top ranked defense in almost every catigory, and top 4 offense...if Troy had a rematch with USA and Idaho Troy would win by 2 or more scores. Right now they are playing as one of the top programs.
5. ULL... Struggled with a struggling ULM team, lose in a blow out to Akron. They will struggle to get to 6 wins but I think they will.
6. USA... Also seen its struggles but have some solid wins in SDSU. They have to beat 2 of Ga State, ULL, App state and Ga Southern to get to 6 wins.
7. Idaho... More improved than anyone would have thought.
8. Ga State.... See above.
9. Texas State.... Really struggling right now!
10. NMSU... Bit of a spark these last two weeks.
11. ULM.... Conference worst record. 1-8 and no wins in site. How long will berry last?

This is how I would rank them. Troy and USA are both hard to rank with their schizo performances. Playing their best, both could win out. Playing their worst, no.

It's really hard to rank Troy/ULL/USA right now. Neither team is consistent enough to really prove who is. I expect the Cajuns are slightly better than both, but that's not certain.

Far as I know the Va.Tech - Wake Forest 6-3 game has been the only one scoreless in regulation since.

Troy is locked in right now...a couple of weeks later than I would like, but other teams have already peaked...we haven't.

I'm honestly not sure if we WILL peak this year. We have a bunch of potential that will likely remain unrealized in our absent passing attack. We pretty much are what we are at this point.

I was actually referring to the teams chiefsfan mentioned. I'll try to be more specific next time.
