Check out this thread, they seriously think they're going to walk all over us. No problemo, the JackBoyz and the Third Ward D will take care of them just like everyone else.
Why are you trolling the Cincy forum?
LOL and you have our former coaches pic and he's trolling
I change my sig every week to reflect the opponent. Just poking a little fun at Levine.
That isn't trolling. It is a photo of him and that is it, no Coog High or commuter U etc.
RE: Cincy fans still have that ol' Big East arrogance and delusion
Memphis fans need UH to win and remain undefeated, but considering the chatter in here recently, my heart is leaning toward Cincy. If UH wins this game, I may have to skip a week in here, lol.
And more, if UH beats Memphis next week.
It would just be too annoying to tolerate.

I agree with those saying, Houston hasn't really been tested with a great schedule. I also agree with those that think Houston is a really good football team. I think Saturday will be fun.

It's OK, little-brother. It's OK.
FWIW, I hope more fans turn out this year down in Houston than the last time UC played down there. Place was a frickin' morgue that time.
It was a morgue last year at Cincy too. Siblings are alike I suppose.
Yeah, that's true... Thank God we're back in our home stadium and it's been far better this year.
Huh... turns out Houston wasn't in their home stadium either.
I know... UC was playing in 65K PBS last year. UH played UC in a 30k soccer stadium two years ago. UC's home attendance in Nippert has rebounded. UH's attendance in their brand new stadium has been...ah...uninspiring. But I digress...
My comment remains: "I hope more fans turn out this year down in Houston than the last time UC played down there. Place was a frickin' morgue that time." It doesn't have to be any more complicated than that.

Such an epic video.
Those #JackBoyz are no joke. William Jackson is already locked in as a mid round pick, but I see him making a DJ Hayden-like rise into the top 2 rounds. He is the complete package. Check out 2:37 in that video. CLINIC.
Scary thing is, Adrian McDonald and Trevon Stewart are just as good, they just don't have the size to project to the next level.
And next year recruits are going to keep the defense top notch still.
Sometimes I ask myself, what would I rather Houston have, a stud offense or a stud defense??? For some wild reason DEFENSE is what I keep turning to.
You look good on paper, but all you are is a paper Cougar. Look on the bright side, after you pick up your first loss of the season you won't be losing your coach in December.

This guy, Farmer Brown, always starts threads that he knows will get people upset then simply sits back, doesn't comment one time, and watches everyone fight.

Seems like the kind of poster who should be banned if you ask me.

Attendance numbers pathetic in both instances. Houston's attendance is only a victim of the UTSA loss which resulted in the firing of our coach. If you think your attendance would have stayed at 40k after a loss to Miami(OH), then I would consider that delusional.

I wouldn't worry about the fans, no one from the crowd will be suiting up for the game, I'll assure.

I'm hoping we can all be civil. I'll stir the pot here and there, but I hope everyone knows it's in good fun.
Memphis, Houston, Temple, Cincy, and Navy have proven to have pretty damn good to great teams, yet there will only be one winner. That doesn't mean that the 4 teams that don't win the conference suddenly aren't any good.

RE: Cincy fans still have that ol' Big East arrogance and delusion
Moneyline is out, Cincy is +275, meaning for every $100 you bet, you win $275 plus your original $100 back. For all those talking a big game, let's see those betting tickets showing how much money you are going to win on Cincy!

Very true. UC's two conference losses are:
1. to Temple by one possession when UC doubled them up in yards, but turned it over 5 times and allowed Temple to recover an onside kick. Credit to Temple's defense who made some great plays taking advantage of some sloppy decisions by UC and also to Temple's staff who noticed on tape during the game that UC's middle guy on kickoffs was running backwards before the ball was kicked. That's a game that could have easily gone the other way.
2. to Memphis in a back and forth game where UC forces a turnover late and the refs make a bogus call (or possibly the right call if you were lucky enough to see the Super Secret Camera angle that somehow only Memphis fans were privy to) giving the ball back to Memphis. That call goes the other way and it's very very likely that UC pulls that out.
Point is...not a lot of separation and though disappointingly my team came out on the losing side of those games, i think they've shown to be a pretty talented football team.
