I'm not so sure they need to trade him, but TA definitely needs to start instead of Green. Green doesn't play so bad with the second unit.

Is not all Green's hinted l obviously, but the guy just isn't very good. He's a lesser version of Rudy. Grizz easily could've traded him to someone this offseason for a pick or heck even a backup point guard.

He just messes up the chemistry with this team. Look at Boston last year. As soon as Green was fine they got remarkably better

Green's basketball IQ seems lacking and is just not a good fit with the starting lineup.

Trading him may be the only way to keep him out of the starting lineup, Joerger seems hung up on wanting Green to start. He tried it last year and it didnt work and messed up the momentum we started the year off with, now it looks like he didnt learn anything and is insistent on making it work.
