Trey and variations and Stiths.
Clone daddy Stith and name him Trey Stith!
I think the clone is named B J Stith
I swear Coach Stith looks like he's in playing shape even now and could mop the floor with just about every player we have!
If y'all could have heard him speak at the tip-off dinner I think you'd agree it's hard to imagine any kid or their parents meeting him and not immediately sign on the dotted line!

Coach Stith really has a great demeanor, and with his knowledge of the game and his people skills, he is a tremendous asset to ODU basketball.
After reading about four pages on Tre Evans, I am convinced we landed a huge asset to ODU round ball. My brother lives in Edmond, and I will check with him to see if he can lend us any local insight.

What I find interesting is Evans' discussion of Jones' system being a good fit for him. Was not too long ago that we were lamenting not landing highly-regarded recruits while we were playing successful, yet rock-fight style, basketball. Many contended that the rock-fight style discouraged some potential recruits in the past; now it looks as if the freedom given Freeman and the guards is working in our favor. Personally, I was vocally worried when Jones was hired that his system would be brutal to watch and too slow. Like much of that hiring process, I was wrong and very happy to be so.
I've always thought that JJ is not a real system (as such) guy. It appears to me that he's flexible and adjusts to the talents of the players he has. He seems to be a stickler for playing good defense but isn't obsessed with it as BT was. The best ability I've noticed is his ability to call a play out of a time out. I can hardly think of one since he's been here that didn't work.

You're not alone. I felt the same way. Glad I was wrong.
I know it's a just a highschool highlight tape; but he has some Freeman in his game. He plays under control; he never looks rushed. Looks less athletic, but has a compact shooting stroke that he looks to use. He looks pretty nice.
