The best cure for UL's problems is the blessings that come along with a Sun Belt conference schedule.

I know that Kentucky, La Tech and Akron are a significant level above anything on the Cajun's conference schedule.

So even though HUD has slept walk through another OOC, and the Cajuns are not as good as last year, I am still confident that our OL run blocking will get us through another successful SBC run.

If only he could get Dion Ray ready to be QB now, and not later.

I hope the Cajuns do rebound but I think you might have problems with App & USA as well.

Playing the Mountain Bubbas in that evil stadium of theirs will be much more difficult than you think.

And Troy was saying the same thing this week. We like being overlooked and not respected. 04-cheers

That's cool. But...

SDSU is always a quality win, especially on the road.

You're out of your mind if you think Akron is as good as us. I, and pretty much every ranking, have us and La Tech right around the same level, if not us a little higher.

We've taken a lot of heat from the

*didn't play ULL
*didn't play ArkSt
Crowds over the past two years, so excuse us while we point out that maybe they aren't as good as their message board heros make them out to be.

So until they beat US maybe we can tone that rhetoric back a little bit. K, thanks.

That wouldn't hold water this year obviously... but I think y'all would have had a tough game with UL last year. They were much better than us and we played y'all pretty close. (friggen pick 6.... grrr lol)

The scheduling was not your fault and you could only play the games in front of you... you won all of them.

However, there will always be an element of speculation I think until we can get a conference championship game.

I don't think we are going to have an 8-0 conference champ this year.

Depends on whether we can take care of App in Boone or note. Tough place to win.

App isn't the only conference game you have left.

I'm aware of our schedule. It was meant to be a little smack talk.

You guys haven't had the pleasure of playing in Paulson Stadium yet. 04-cheers

2005 FCS playoffs. TXST was down 35-16 to the Egos with 18 minutes left in the game and won 50-35. 1 TD in 3rd and 27 unanswered points in the 4th.

Kind of like going back well over a decade to wave around NCs from a division lower. No one cares.

Haven't seen our long list of FCS accomplishments brought up in a while.

Just like ugly losses, over time those are the things that define your program.
