Memphis was No. 1 spots highlight on Sports Center. Way to go.
It was the interception.

We just won a classic nationally televised game to improve to 4-0. I guess that'll do.

Not the one to end the game but the one where he pinned it to his helmet

At best it was a call in our favor. Either way, we have the ball and score.
If you go back in that play what i believe they saw was PRIOR to the left and right knee going down and the ball being loose. The right knee scraped the ground as he pushed forward. It barely scraped the ground and came back up as he pushed off on the leg but it looked as if it did scrape before the moment where the left knee touched and ball came loose.
Winner winner chicken dinner. Before the span of that play. Not obvious in run of play but right knee down before strip

I was screaming look at the right knee
Hey, if we aren't due for a call who in the hell is?
right knee scraped..When they showed the replay, they kept not going back far enough.

Terrible call by the replay ref to overturn that fumble. His knee never hit the ground.
Totally agree
However, after years of frustration....I'm over it
Right knee early on that span. Never would've been seen or called on run of play, but visible on replay
Yep
Earlier in the sequence of the play the right knee scraped the ground but came right back up. You could not see it live but on replay it was seen.

There appears to be disappointment on the way we won tonight by some posters and yet just two seasons ago we would have been overjoyed just to win. And our Access Bowl hopes remain viable. SMH.

We beat a Damn good Cincy Team who most had Winning the AAC, Tied for a piece of the AAC last year, Won 10 games last year, Returned everyone, and we won...PLus we just beat a Very very good BGSU who is high powered Offense, and playing on a short week, and was gased....PLus Cincy was playing and fighting for their season, and They aren't a bad team....We still have work to do yes, but we are playing a lot of younger guys on Defense who are learning....We do have a week off before we face Ole Miss which should help too...Coach General Justin Fuente will be all over them after this performance though....But we won a big game on National TV...Now lets Hope Cincy can Beat Miami on Oct.1st, then hope Cincy can beat BYU after that....Will help us even more...We still have to play UH later in the year who Beat Louisville who has played a tough Schedule so far....The World Is Ours Memphis.....

I don't care what anyone says. That Moore kid is gonna be a good one. He made some bad throws, but he also put MOST right on the money even when their WR's were covered. I'll take the W though!
Memphis Tigers 4-0 to start the season.
Can't believe we gave up 752 yards of offense though. That is just ridiculous.
Have a feeling that Keil career may be over. Neck injury two straight games and numbness in his extremities.
I had not heard he had numbness. That is terrible news if true.
I agree, I thinks he's done. I didn't care for the hit.

That was no classic. ESPN Sportcenter is making fun of both teams at the moment.

Please. I'm an illustrator. There is no drop shadow between his knee and the turf. Not to mention the ball was coming out of his hand halfway to the ground. It was definitely a fumble. We got the call because there was NOT indisputable bull****, "we can't turn it over unless a Hubbel telescope lens can show proof with God Almighty.
I saw the play at least ten times. It was indisputably a fumble. That's ok since the ridiculous calls against us all night long.......in our house was a joke. I know that sounds like typical homer ****, but all you need to do is see the offsides early in the game when we were pinned back in first quarter. How the F do you NOT call that offsides? What the F is offsides?
We have the ball like 3 nano-seconds the entire first quarter because of bad calls. And I'm sorry but the hit on Kiel was shoulder to shoulder. That fukkkin analyst made us look like Al Queda for over a half hour. Just what Memphis doesn't need.
I feel sorry for that kid and his parents. The whole program. Like we tried to fukkup Keil????????? I'm going to make a complaint to espn. That prick was on a mission for some reason to dispute the call.

I love that we won but I'm nor going to sit here and act like a defense that gave up over 700 yards to a freshman backup played well and I'm not going to act like that wasn't a fumble.

If there had been no indisputable evidence, and, since the call on the field was that it WAS a fumble, then why did they overturn the call?
