Better analysis than the Blah.
I hope Zach's right with his prediction.
I hope this team can handle the success we had at Arkansas.
Go Rrrrrrrrockets!

RE: Zach Harig: Iowa State at Toledo Preview
"Toledo will hold Iowa State quarterback, Sam Richardson to under 225 passing yards."
Now that is a bold prediction when playing against a team that hasn't been able to run, but can pass the ball very well. Not sure its going to be this easy, but I agree with the keys. If Kareem has success, watch out for our passing game as they stack the box to stop the run. We may pass this year more than some think, taking what the D gives us. I would like to see Ely, Alonzo and Jones have a big games today to allow Kareem, DJM, and company a bit more room to work with.
Go Rockets! See you at the game!

Ah, no!
I'm actively looking into an accelerated cloning process for Coach Campbell.
Coach Campbell was a Coordinator and a nationally recognized Top Recruiter. He brings core values that make him an outstanding leader and representative of the University. I believe that when UT shops for its next HC, they should hire another young Coordinator/FCS HC-squeeky clean-no car salesmen need apply.. No retreads or guys looking looking for retirement $$$. You're either a young rising star that UT can afford for now or your not really capable of what the program needs. UT cannot afford to let the program slip back into the mire that it has extricated itself from.

I didn't know that Campbell is or has left UT? Somethings some of you people talk about drives me crazy. Enjoy the season.

Keys to the game: Ball control and defensive pressure. Keep Richardson on the bench or on his back and we got it made.

What? You don't think he'll pull a Joe Paterno and coach here until he retires and in that time moving us from a mid major to a power 5 conference team?

Still no great explanation of the slow start against Stony Brook so anything is possible that doesn't have to do with a post Arkansas reaction.

This is what I'm worried about. What if the first half team against Stony Brook shows up tonight, as opposed to the team that showed up in SEC country?

I think it was the SEC team that didn't show up. They're not what they were predicted to be.

Zo had one TD reception; too many drops. Rushing defense was not up to snuff. Thanks to a missed FG, Rockets were able to get a win in double OT. Not pretty but a W.
