I tweeted that to Kevin based off of Frazier mentioning it on the radio show yesterday. I tweeted Frazier asking what week the game would be...he Favorited the tweet but did not reply.

In state games are always our bigger draws. something about it makes EIU,WIU like getting their tails kicked.

now if we could only get an ISU game and/or a UofI/SIU win at HS then we'd be golden.

If we're going to play an FCS school, I'm glad it's an instate school.

The games against in-state FCS opponents are fun because they bring a crowd. The EIU game was insane. I have no problem with this.

The 2004 SIU game had a crowd of 28K!

He knew he wasn't going to be the AD so he probably figured how do I screw over my old employer.

Yep, just like the game I attended in Dekalb when the Michael Turner led Huskies were denied by the 'Necks.

RE: NIU playing WIU in 2016 (football)
If we have to play an FCS team, in-state is fun and draws a nice crowd.

By that same logic, the idiots at NU and U of I should be scheduling us regularly. Michigan schools/gov't are doing it right, trying to keep fears and selfishness out of scheduling.

2016 WIU is currently more exciting than:

2008 Indiana State
2009 Idaho
2011 Cal Poly
2012 UT Martin
2014 Presbyterian
2015 Murray State
