Well now, it's been 30 days
since the UALR Trojans have been the Little Rock Trojans. Have I missed something from the diminutive sports editor of the states largest newspaper, the Democrap? Has our self described "scribe" mentioned that our teams will now be known as the Little Rock Trojans? Perhaps I've missed it. Seems kind of strange that the sports editor of the local newspaper hasn't even commented on the situation.

I heard when Coach Beard was hired over Wally's choice that Wally told people at the University that they would regret pissing him off as he would ignore our program. The guy who told me about this said he replied to Wally, " So the difference in what you threaten and what you were doing before is what?" Wally told the guy he was going to make it worse.
It seems to me that this type of behavior and attitude by the local newspaper's sports editor would be more than enough for the publisher to get rid of him. But that would be at a newspaper that was actually rational, etc. I'm not sure the ADG qualifies.

I would hope the people that he told this to would take it to the publisher of the paper, and make it public. It's time for that little **** to go, and get a real sports editor in there. By the way, I wonder who he wanted hired?

Wally should have been an AD. I understand he wanted to hire Jimmy Dykes when Newell left, and now I'm guessing that he wanted his buddy Joe Klein hired.

Actually I think his pick was Darrell Walker.
