1)They just signed a deal saying they did agree.
2) If they fail to live up to their obligations then implement the sanctions.

That's where the "verify" part comes in. We'll see how that actually plays out.

Iran wins another round. In a year they get what they want anyhow.

I'm happy that at least we were not just sitting in their way to be dicks but at the same time the drop in oil prices this will cause has me sick to my stomach. I want $80 crude.
