I wish I didn't destroy all my General Lee toy cars from Hardees when I was a kid. I could make a fortune selling them on Ebay. 03-banghead

Even my black friends on social media are outraged over the attack on the Dukes of Hazard.

ya think???.....that's why he's a ***** in my book

this is what I like to call the media driven 'blue/red compromise' of contradiction
I'm sure he is much more concerned with what potential companies that might hire him for endorsements think of him that what good ole' sitnkfist thinks of him.04-cheers

Yep, a lot of them. Probably more black friends than white friends at the moment.... my town is about 40% black and my son plays basketball and is one of two white kids in the entire league this summer. Most of his friends are black and we have become friends with many of the parents. You can call me a lot of things, but racist isn't one of them.

He could have remained silent. No backlash from companies or fans from either viewpoint.

yep.....reading between the lines, it was an easy self imposed PR move by him as his agent was nibbling on his lobes...

and you're right dawg....I'm easily not part of the target audience he was going after....

I'm assuming his agent figured his ownership of the car was fairy well know and it might come back to bite him if they didn't get out in front of it.

So trying to avoid a possible bite, he gets bitten. Again, could have just taken a wait and see stance. Most likely the whole rebel flag controversy blows over again like it always does.

Did he get bitten? I would think his concern would be with corporate sponsors, current and potential.

ol' bubba and his entourage were obviously oblivious to the 'media style of situational rape and pillage' when he bought it years ago.....so much so, he was denied using the general lee as the pace car a few years ago AT A NASCAR EVENT......why? simply b/c NASCAR had already taken their racial inequity beat down years before from the same situational dipshite ******* that create these phantom issues.....

needless to say, his naivety relative to any subsequent form of media witch trials was a lesson learned

ol' bubba has become the latest poster child for the future of failure...

dr. bendover is on speed dial for his arse now....

just sent an email to his agent suggesting that since bubba swings from the left (literally), to use that as a marketing tool moving forward.....

agree....it's not even remotely close (bitten).....nascar and the pga tour are comprised of different cultural entities....doubt you would ever see a rebel flag waving at the masters or any other event....

nope, that group is mostly comprised of those that vote differently, yet pay for this type of social 'unity'

You don't really think the people that post here even remotely reflect the general population or corporate America do you?

Think we have a fairly good cross representation of the general population.

Didn't mean he would be bitten or encounter backlash from corporate sponsors. Some fans will cheer him and some will jeer. The cheers wont bother him. Sounds like he could use more fans.

Naw, the spin room is heavily tilted to the libertarian and far right end of the spectrum.
