Agreed. But there are places where it is not a big deal. Still remember a first date with this Black girl I had about 15 years ago.........high end steakhouse everyone was staring at us, especially Becky Blond hostess and waitress. I was looking at the waitress, who was not comfortable, and thinking yeah I hitting this tonight and not you. At least where I am it is not a big deal anymore.

Look at this messageboard, everyone making threads about this are conservatives. I'm sure there are members within the democratic party who are giving this attention, but I know I'm about as progressive as they come and I couldn't give a d@mn less about this story. I fully support her right to want to be referred to as whatever she wants, but this entire media frenzy is tabloid nonsense. I get both sides of the media focusing on this, they have a 24 hour news cycle to fill, but why is it clogging up this messageboard?

Because it really does bother many conservatives, and whether they realize it or not, they're partly to blame for this being such a large news story.

I could care less what Mr. Jenner wants to be called or what he wears. I do however deplore his sensationalizing it for profit. He is not just looking like a woman now...he is a whore.

The guy has some severe issues.
