I can see ISIS not being involved at all, that those two locos were lone wolves, and ISIS taking credit just to spread fear, etc. I think ISIS definitely wants to attack on US soil, I just don't know if this particular incident proves they have already done so.

If you could read you would see that its being investigated to determines ISIS' s involvement, if any. There have been no conclusions made.

Did you ever take a psychology class? ISIS has already claimed responsibility. That doesn't mean they actually were involved, it just means they claimed responsibility.
