I understand the concern but I like our chances better with Mark Price coaching next year than Alan Major. No matter who we hired it was going to be a gamble. Sometimes you win (Jeff Jones) sometimes you lose (Buzz Peterson). For the first time in a long time I look forward to Charlotte basketball. Go Niners!

Hearing 2 assistants lined up, one coming from a HM program and the other is an experienced former HC.

Price was my favorite college player when he was at Ga Tech. probably the reason I started following college hoops. I think ya'll did well with the hire.

Two assistants in place.

Chris Ferguson - Leaving Oklahoma State
Houston Fancher - not sure where he is right now, but former head coach at Appalachian State and UT assistant.

Hoping Byron Dinkins is the third assistant we hire. Dinkins is a former Niner star from the late 80's.

And played a good bit for Houston Rockets over a couple seasons, then in Europe for a while.

He also played at MT. It appears he currently has a radio show in Knoxville.

Believe it or not you can still be on the train and have an opinion. And if he does not get things going well again, please don't drink the koolaid next time.

I have ridden many trains in the USA and Europe and believe it or not the view is not always scenic.

Ha ha ha! I didn't see you sitting in Boardwalk Hall wearing the Charlotte colors in Atlantic City two years in a row, even when Charlotte didn't make the tournament.

I've been going to games and tournaments for years. While in Anchorage made a personal appeal as a 49er fan to the Great Alaskan Shootout that they include Charlotte, and have enjoyed former coaches speaking at events I hosted.
