Give them time they will slither back. Congrats UCU was more aggressive down the stretch.

I don't know but they need to man up.

Great win for ECU, congratulations.

Man up about what? We lost. Not scoring a field goal in the last 8.5 minutes is absolutely pathetic.

17-4 run to end the game to a team with an rpi over 250? Mind numbing loss and just ruined the Super Bowl for me.... Ugh.

So one sporting event ruined another completely unrelated sporting event? 03-lmfao

I knew at least one of the good teams in this league would lose a game to us.

I knew Cincy was our best shot at a upper level team this year. They have an elite defense, but scoring has been low for the past few years. If we could keep them under 60 I just had the feeling we would win.

Poor UC fans. They lost to bad OVC team who didn't even play well. Grow a sack, we scored 50 which is going to give you at least a 50% chance to beat Cincy.

I feel that Cincy doesn't belong in the tournament field right now, if cincy doesn't make it I'd be ok with it.

Congrats ECU. UC looked bad the whole day and despite that had the 7 point lead and imploded.

ECU stuck to their game plan and it paid off.

AAC is a one team league for the NCAA tournament and that's only because they have to take one. You better win the conference tournament or you are going to the NIT. IMO.

Yep, ECU played pretty terribly other than the last 3 minutes and that was good enough to get them a W. Congrats.

But games like this are why Larry Davis will never be a head coach.

Why bench Troy Caupain? Why do you not call a timeout until UC is losing? You have an offensively challenged team and you keep Cobb on the bench for 8 straight minutes in the first half?

It's tough to win when Caupain, Kevin Johnson and Jermaine Sanders shoot a combined 0-13 on three pointers.

ECU's defensive strategy worked to perfection. Pack the zone in to prevent UC from getting the ball to Ellis and Clark. Worked like a charm down the stretch.

You know that may be right, but Xavier was 1-19 yesterday from three point range and still scored 82. ECU just outcoached and outplayed UC in the 2nd half. Period.

Whoa, now. I can certainly go pick out some quotes that were apparently needed when Cincinnati beat ECU.

We didn't play well. Whisnant, and White both had their worst games of the year. Tyson stepped up, as did Guilmette. We out hustled UC, and outplayed UC, plain and simple.

7 point lead with 3 minutes to go? You absolutely cannot lose that lead. Cobb's turnover at halfcourt and ridiculously stupid 3 point attempt with 50 seconds to go are huge reasons for this loss...
