Pac 12 schools receive 10X as much TV and bowl money as G5 schools.

I don't care what you say, Boise winning tonight for all the "little guys" is great for college football.

Its great for the G5 in that it proves we can compete against the best of a P5 league...even during a year in which most G5 conferences were down. However, one of us needs to beat Boise at some point if we plan on people don't just looking and assuming it was Boise being Boise.

Boise beat Fresno by 14 for the MW Championship on the Smurf turf. Rice bulldozed Fresno 30-6 on a nuetral site....and Rice didn't even win the West.

I'll bet they could beat Boise too? And FIU would demolish them. Bama would stand no chance against Old Dominion.

Yes, and I'm proud that you still don't use logic.

Lets think about this critically for a minute. First, we have to throw out the window the concept that one game is completely different from another, and that teams can have bad weeks.

Some differences:

Rice had a month to prepare for Fresno, Boise had a week.

Boise is playing for what it knows is a chance to play in a major bowl game. Win they are in, lose and they are out. That's got to be intense pressure. Fresno plays the game knowing they can ruin Boise's dream of playing in Tempe. Then you throw in that Boise and Fresno hate each other and are huge rivals.

Its very likely that Fresno went into that game with Boise pumped up and ready to go, and entered that game with Rice, listless and frustrated about playing a no name opponent.

Weak! Rice had a month to prepare for Fresno? AND VICE VERSA

and the rest of your drivel is quite contrived; read it as if someone else had wrote it (you might embarrass yourself)

Does Boise's special deal with the MWC mean they get to keep all of their BCS bowl winnings?

Correct me if I'm wrong but the money is less now.
The conferences get all the play off money and bowl payout is less.

UCF had just as big of a win last year which is a start of a trend.

Great win for Boise

They get 1/2 of the $4 million + $2 million expenses the CFP gives out.

This is for any MW team that gets into the access bowl. But to get the full payout, they have to sell all their allocated tickets.
