Id add the university of satanic practices if it increases our tv income... and BYU would, so I hope we work something out.

What happened this game actually makes a Rival imo. If BYU were in the conference, think of this Rival Game every year? It would be talked about, attended, and aired on a Good night on a Good Network.

Something with some meaning and not manufactured for some stupid trophy, but blood sweat and tears baby.

I'm ok with adding them, as long as we can find some effing refs that will throw a flag on their bs non-stop horse-collar holds.

I couldn't agree more. This type of close, emotionally-charged game is the kind of thing that starts a rivalry.

As I've said before, the recent BYU-Houston and BYU-UCF series were close, competitive, and exciting. I expect similar results with Cincinnati and ECU in 2015. But, this Memphis-BYU matchup takes the cake. Close and competitive, back-and-forth football. Yes, the brawl was stupid and there were classless cheap shots taken by both sides. But, I actually hope BYU and Memphis schedule a series sooner rather than later.

IMO, an expansion with BYU-Boise St., SDSU-UNLV, and Air Force-CSU would be awesome!

WEST
Air Force
BYU
Boise St.
CSU
SDSU
UNLV

CENTRAL
Houston
Memphis
Navy
SMU
Tulane
Tulsa

EAST
Cincinnati
ECU
Temple
UCF
UConn
USF

Division are simply for scheduling. 5 games from your division, 2 games from each other division. Just look at all the great matchups.

Adding, Boise State, Colorado State, San Diego State and BYU would all help make the American even stronger. 07-coffee3

Don't see the AAC dealing with Boise again.

IF and that's a big IF BYU it's interested in coming on board, I could see AAC reaching out to Air Force and SDSU and Colorado State

If BYU is going to act like they did today, do we want them in our conference? Let the entitled pricks run their program into the ground. If it wasn't for Aresco, BYU wouldn't have had a bowl destination.

Interesting comment considering BYU has a far superior football program to Memphis.

Amazing what one good year will do to some fans.
