No, Bowie is taking the ball cost to cost thinking he is Magic Johnson. He has no a weariness that defenders are around him and they steal the ball every time! This is on Monty. Sit him until he gets it. This team should be 6-2 not 4-4. The difference is turnovers. When you struggle to score you need as many shots as you can get.

Its out of necessity, NIU has no way to put the ball in the hoop. It takes Bowie out of his comfort zone, but it is what it is

Maddawg, what are you talking about. This is not about shooting. He is handling the ball when he should not be. He cannot dribble when there are defenders on the court! Give the ball to a guard and stop getting it taken from you.

That's the problem though, NIU does not have guards that score, he is being forced into situations out of desperation that do not suit him. But it is what it is.

We don't have anybody that can shoot from the perimeter..other teams just pack it inside and dare us to shoot

I live less than an hour from South Bend and I just couldn't attend tonight. As cool as it would be to step on the holy Notre Dame campus the first time, it would be too hard to watch the bloodshed.
