If we're going to start posting videos. Gah I miss Sean Price. Sun Belt if only you could have seen #14. It's a shame some guys just can't hold it together off of the field when they have that much potential....

I don't need to watch the video... I saw all of Price I needed to see at Paulson in 2012. He abused a GS secondary that had 3 future pros on the field. I thought he had more potential than Quick. Talk about pizzing generational wealth and fame away...

I can't imagine App's offense next year if Price had behaved. Price in his freshman season was arguably better than Quick in his senior season and Quick will be the Rams' #1 receiver next year if he can get over his injury. We only lose one offensive lineman from the starting offense this offseason and Lamb will likely grow a bunch by next year.

Then, you don't look past that team like you would a visiting FCS school from another state, many miles away. OK?
He was just messing with you. We all know that ULALA is actually as talented as Alabama. I don't even want us to play the game, our team has never shared the field with a juggernaut like ULALA before.

Could you drop the ULALA? We don't like it like you dont like being called Appy. Call us Cajuns. That always works and offends no one.

Ehh, I was just responding with the same level of respect as the poster I was replying to.
I really respect Coach Hud and the Cajun program. Unfortunately, some of the posters on here make it difficult to feel the same about the fans.

If we played LTUR now, I think we would be more competitive but I'm not sure if we would win or not. They are a quality team and they beat us soundly in all phases of the game.
My analogy is looking forward to the steak at dinner right before you take a bite of your ham sandwich for lunch. What we thought was a bottom-feeding cusa team before a SEC team.
Personally I don't think they were looking ahead. As someone that played college football I remember my coach always talking about this especially during situations like having a bigger team the next week. As players though we were never looking ahead. The coaches focus so much on the team that week that you just cant. Im sure some guys thought about it some, but even when we played a sorry team the week before a good team, we took care of business. Im sure it happens sometimes maybe but I really think people make way to big a deal about it. You still have to go out and play and when your not ready for one reason or another, you usually are able to get focused after the first few plays or so. I just never experienced that very much, and Im speaking from my locker room. I haven't been in all the others locker rooms.

App had a pretty humble fanbase until the NC's brought out the nut cases. I blame trash talk sports radio and professional athletes for most of the issues. We all have individuals who don't exactly embellish the true spirit of our schools. I see them in Boone and shake my head in disgust.

There's no doubt about that, but it's more concentrated here.
