Magee
Needs some run.

Magee is a four-star recruit. He held offers from Arizona, Kansas State, LSU, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and UCLA. Kentucky, who is searching for a point guard following Emmanuel Mudiay’s commitment to SMU, was also considering the Louisiana Future AAU point guard.

RE: Magee
Trust the staff. They are the ones who have seen them. In all reality, a #70 recruit isn't going to be an impact player his frosh year anyway. Most in that range go for about 5 ppg and 3 asst/2 to's.

Plus, a Randall Broddie (3* PG) just reclassified for 2015, meaning Memphis will have 14 guys on scholarship.

Means someone is getting #pushedout. Guessing KI or Magee.

From the comments in the game thread, some of the fans are already starting to turn on him.

Shaq? Are we referring to him as a leader now?

This is getting more and more Tarik-esque.

Pookie should be in Prep School. He is not a D1 player IMO. He looked scared out there.
Maybe he'll blossom but right now.....nope

Yep. Shaq is the official scapegoat for the season.

RE: Magee
With Shaq, you have to get him involved EARLY. Let him get a few layups, dunks within the first 6 min.

He'll be flying all around the court. But when the guards can barely get the ball up the court let alone pass to the post, it's hard to do.

He's a energy/motor guy. You have to get him started first.

He scored the 1st basket yesterday. Then, committed 2 fouls and a couple of turnovers

Shaq is playing the wrong sport. It was alot more fun watching him run over people and knock them to the floor as a 260 lb. freshman than get dunked on by a guard as a 230 lb. junior.
