Game Day: CMU
Not much new news.

Not exactly a chamber of commerce day. Bundle up boys and girls. Chance of snow showers early? Really???

CMU is a 15 point favorite and Rawls is listed as 'doubtful' in the article below:

Interesting pre-game comments on WEMU.

I understand it is very windy so we'll need to run...

CMU is very good on run defense. Ouch!!

We don't have much of a vertical passing game anyway. I don't think the gameplan will change much. Dink and dunk stuff with Bell running a lot. Hopefully he stays upright.

Uh oh. The o-line is really banged up. Thornton now at guard and Dwayne Brown at center. Yikes.

Jesus. I could've scored through that hole. Their o-line dominated on that drive.

Maybe the final score will resemble an EMU/CMU basketball game. Lol.

Michael Reghi is having trouble calling the game (players and numbers) on ESPN3.

Does EMU look really flat (after last week's strong effort)?

Defense sucks. Offense sucks. Looks like I'll be getting some work done around the house today.

#29 (Williams) tackles like I tackled in high school. I used to grab and end up with green grass. Williams ended up with gray Field Turf.

Bad, bad, bad...

Correction: His tackle attempt was like my junior high school tackling (just grabbed. Never left his feet).

This offense is rudderless without Bell. We shouldn't be relying this much on a freshman. When does Roback get another shot? Bolden is awful.

Tyreese Russell has been a massive disappointment this year. Seems like he has a big drop every single game. So frustrating. That pick is totally on him.

Not to give our staff too much credit, but there's probably a reason (or two) why he isn't an option right now.

I'm surprised. I figured EMU's D was better than this -- especially with Rawls out. I know it sounds weird, but honestly, I thought you guys had great home field advantage due to the camo-like mesh of the uniforms + field being dark & gray... but they seem to be wearing more brighter green jerseys this time (probably due to NCAA rule).

Not that that would make it go from 28-0 to 20-17 or anything -- but just something I noticed.

It's super windy there -- maybe that's a factor. But you'd assume it'd screw up the passing game but allow for a running game to flourish, where CMU is lacking today with Rawls out.
