could be the most costly win for a team in a long time.
If Florida wants to pay his $10 Million Buyout to Louisville and then pay his salary at a Florida go right ahead....next up Pat Narduzzi for Louisville...

Nothing against the Cardinals, but I want FSU to go undefeated because I don't trust the CFP Selection Committee.

I have money on the Noles, so I hope they win by more than a FG. I think they win by 7-10 actually in a pretty close game.

My heart says 20-17 Louisville...my head says 21-17 Florida State...expect a low scoring game.

Let's say that we beat FSU and lose to ND but win the rest. Would a single loss to a 9-3 ranked UofL keep FSU out of the Playoffs? If so, then something is wrong IMO.

I still think FSU would be hovering around in the top 10 somewhere....they'd probably need some help, but they could still make it

This game seems a bit significant in the Coastal Division race....does Pitt have a chance?

RE: Duke-Pitt
I think so. It might sound cliche, but I still don't know what this Pitt team's identity is. Are they the team who imposed their will and ran all over opposing defenses in the first few weeks or the team who can't hold onto the football like they were last week? Similar questions exist with the defense (although I'm much more concerned about that unit than the offense).
So is there a chance they can beat Duke? Sure. It's going to be really interesting to see.

RE: Duke-Pitt
Pitt will have a chance provided it doesn't fumble on four of its first six offensive plays this weekend. That would be a refreshing departure from last weekend.
In all seriousness, I think Duke is a much better team than Pitt and their offense will give the Panthers' defense a lot of trouble. However, Pitt beat Duke in Durham last year by running the football well and by consistently beating their man/single high safety coverage defense with child plays down the field.
I am not sure that Chad Voytik can do to Duke's defense what Tom Savage did to it last year - which was to completely carve it up - so I would pick Duke to win this game. However, with the ACC Coastal, you never can tell.
Also, last week Pitt played the worst game I have seen from this program since the mid 90s, when we were arguably the worst program in all of college football. This team is not good but neither are they that bad. I fully expect them to give a much better, more consistent effort this time around then we saw last week against Georgia Tech. At the very least, I don't expect them to be trailing by four touchdowns four minutes into the game.

Obviously it won't finish this way, but right now there are 18 P5 teams with 0 or 1 loss. Until we see how that sorts out, no team (non-SEC) can feel safe with a loss, especially in the second half of the season.

Pitt is a 3 1/2 point favorite in this game. So a lot of people think Pitt will win. I would take Duke and the points.

RE: Duke-Pitt
I would also take Duke and the points. However, I would not be remotely shocked if Pitt were to win this game. They are the youngest team in college football and as such, have played up and down all season long.
Last week was about as down as Pitt has played against anyone so I expect a very strong effort from them on Saturday afternoon. Now, that may not be enough to beat a pretty good Duke team but I do expect Pitt to at least show up this week.

In the "too good the be true" department. You. Any make this **** up...
Florida State was practicing on the great Lawn in waterfront park (an open public park) then tried to kick the media out who came to see what they were doing.
Oh... And then they went to Joe's Crab Shack for lunch. Seriously

How Pitt can be favored in any game anymore is beyond me. Especially against a ranked opponent who has been pretty good this year.
