The SEC just announced the OOC 2015 schedules for all of its teams, and MT appears twice.

On September 12th, the Raiders are traveling to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where they will face (and beat) the Alabama Crimson Tide.

On October 3rd, MT will play host to the Vanderbilt Commodores for the first time in school history. The previous meetings have all been held at Vanderbilt Stadium (albeit in a half-and-half crowd). MT will look to continue its dominance over the 'Dores in the restart of the classic cross-metro series.

Make it 2-0 against SEC next year Big Blue!!

WKU starts our series against Vandy next year also at Vandy. Great series for both programs.... Should be sell outs home and away

Pretty sure your home game with Vandy is 2016, can't see them traveling to Murfreesboro and Bowling Green in the same season.

Yep. Vandy opens with WKU at home to start the year.

Was actually announced ~5 years ago, it was supposed to be a week 1 game, a bit disappointed to see it moved to October, won't be nearly as fun beating them when they're already on the verge of giving up on the season.

Vandy fans don't travel. Remember playing them in bball at Bridgestone? It was 2 miles from campus and a whopping 200 Vandy fans (shooting high there) showed up. I just don't think they will drive to the Boro. We should just blue out the entire stadium.

That is 2016..Next season we play @Vandy Sept 5th, first game of the season and then we play @LSU October 24th...Once again a lot of road games for WKU in 2015...I think in 2016 we finally have some home games....

It was. The Alabama deal was a late change in the upcoming schedule, but the Vandy series has been known for years.

There were whispers of the Bama game over the past few weeks, but no official announcement from us, Vandy was inked in 2008.
