I get my directions in Florida mixed up. I don't think we play Central, though.

Houston played really tough against UCF. My BFS is worrying we are in for a major letdown Saturday.

We would be, if this were a team other than the one it is. But this Coach and this team takes nothing for granted. They've waited a long time for the support of a city...and the city is
right
on
the
verge.

Especially after he missed badly on a previous attempt from near the same spot.

RE: BYU v UCF
BYU has found out going the independent route is tough for scheduling purposes.
Most of their big games are in September against P5 opponents when are able to book OOC games. But once October arrives, the Cougars have to play G5 teams like UCF, Middle Tennessee, and Utah State. I think their next to last game is versus a FBS team.
I bet Bowen could get a H&H with BYU with a phone call, maybe do basketball too if they agree to a four game series.

Yep. Big, BIG win for UCF and the conference. They could easily have given up after BYU put 21 in row up. That was a big comeback from 14 points down. If you didn't see it, then you may not realize just how good a win that was. Impressive.

RE: BYU v UCF
I see UCF and Cincinnati as our enemy for future expansion. I think it may almost be better for us if they really suck for the next few years and don't win anything out of conference or in and draw poorly.
Maybe I'm wrong though.
