Maybe the entire USF DL had spinach before the game? Wisconsin is getting consistently blown up in the backfield.

USF's defense isn't bad, in fact against that style of offense they are pretty stout. Their issue is their offense is horrific.

They scored 24 points against your "Golden" Bears and only lost by 7 points. Guess that means you are saying your team is pretty darn "turrrrible" too. I gave them a little credit by using a few less r's in that word. 03-zzz

Please, make your anti Big Ten bias a little more obvious today Wedge.

If I was being a mindless homer, I'd say that Northwestern is an awesome team and that, therefore, Cal's win over them was an amazing victory over a terrific team.

But that is far from the case. NW is bad. They didn't even look good against Western Illinois.

Since you aren't being a mindless homer, California's win wasn't impressive at all by only winning by 7 points against a terrible Northwestern team, right?

Lordy...what a light day with not much to watch online. Maybe Dook can win at The U later on, but I'm not even into that idea entirely.

FWIW, Army at Yale, 7-7 going into the 2nd quarter.

Wish there was TV for it, because it sounds like a festive day over there at the Yale Bowl.

28-22 with about 9 left in the 3rd.

They don't give these kids at Yale schollies for football, mind you. Fordham does...and maybe they'll beat the snot out of the cadets when they tussle later this season?

Right. The Bears are mediocre. Northwestern is worse.

Right. The Bears are mediocre. Northwestern is worse.

By the way, Penn State is not rated so you did not stick to the rules of the thread by posting the score. Not having a very good day are you?

Northwestern is not worse due to an early season loss by only 7 points. It is yet to be seen just how Northwestern ends up this year. Right now they are doing alright.

Still though, get yourself under control and make some sense today. So far you are 0-2 from what I can see.

Why is Army playing at Yale? Granted it's Yale and they have an FBS-quality stadium, but at the end of the day they're FCS.

Because Army's AD is a snob. If he had it his way, Army would be in the Ivy League. I wonder if he thinks they're slumming it in the Patriot.

Army is not exactly a typical FBS program, if you hadn't noticed. Would you be upset if they ever played D-III Coast Guard?

Two embarrassing losses in a row for Pitt. Paul Chryst, welcome to the hot seat.

Game-winning TD pass on 4th down with a minute left. CSU might be pretty good, their only loss is at Boise.
