Spartanburg District 4 Superintendent Rallie Liston said four students arrived at the school Thursday morning with U.S. flags propped up on poles in their pickup truck beds.

The school’s principal, Aaron Fulmer, confiscated the flags because he said it is against district policy to “draw attention” to one’s vehicle.

The flags were returned to the students at the end of the day.

For those that want to let the principal know you thoughts on this, here is his email. Keep it clean, but make your point.

Must be heck for the principal to strip those rims off so many vehicles every day.

Meh, I can see the point in the policy. It could have been applied with more tact. Tell them not to do it next year and explain the policy. There was no need to make this into anything.

It does make me think of a neighbor I had before. He cried about how we were all America Haters because everybody wanted him to take his flag down. He was also a vet. Well, nobody had a problem with him flying a flag but you can't build a 30 foot pole in the front yard for the thing. Besides, if it mattered to you Col. Dick Bag then you would take proper care of it by taking it down at night and when it rains. As it stood, he was just being a scumbag and trying to hide behind his status us a war veteran.

Any time a person wants to display the flag they should always at least treat it properly. After all, it isn't a fashion piece.

I sent him an email as well. I told him that since I'm in education that I understood the policy. I also told him to disregard those l letters from those that are ignorant of such things.

So we have a Dem Congresswoman campaigning with a Mexican flag and no US flag. Then we have American flags on 9-11 being taken away by a principal. Thank you Obama and his fellow Libs. You are doing a great job in hating America. Well done.

A Mexican flag or a Muslim flag don't get touched. You can bet your ass on that fact. The MSM would go ballistic and the principal would be called a racist and hater.

This is very disturbing. I hated that it is a close proximity to my home. I hope that this administrator had his house egged repeatedly and is heckled daily!!!
