Both teams tried so hard to lose this game, but ECU sucked just a little less.

I have no idea how Tech was ranked. They didn't play like they beat OSU last week.

That conference needed that.... Because after UCF's beatdown, and possibly going 0-3 vs. CUSA later today, cliff jumping was about to become an AAC sanctioned sport....

ECU is a good team. They looked like world beaters in the first half. They have a slew of good WRs and great QB to get them the ball.

I have a lot of respect for their program and root for them anytime they aren't playing USM (or probably any other CUSA team now).

VA Tech very much overrated. ECU fans will let this win inflate their over inflated egos even more. I was rooting hard for VA Tech.

I hold a lot of respect of Southern Miss also. Despite USM's dominance in the series, I hope we get a series scheduled. It doesn't feel right not playing you.

I was rooting hard for ECU. They always play well against Carolina and VA P5s. Congrats ECU now win the AAC so CUSA can have 2 champs this year. I don't blame ECU for going AAC but other than ECU the AAC is not very strong this year.

ECU had numerous chances to blow this game out and it was as if the Pirates started playing like to protect the lead instead of building upon the lead.
