Hare Named Starter for UNLV
Per Carey.
"The intentions are to play him the entire game."

Good for him, he earned the opportunity on the field. Lets see what he can do with it. Props to Yesman who projected this outcome.

Isn't that the exact quote from last week. Not to pound, because Matt did sort of suck, but I just hope that Hare goes out and keeps getting better so we don't have the ongoing debate about who will start at QB.

I know Carey said after the game the plan was to play all 3, but I think he only said that to avoid saying McIntosh was terrible. If he (McIntosh) would have played well, I think he would have played the entire game.

Cam's workload will be increased.
I like ACRB, but Cam and Akeem is going to be all sorts of fun.

Cam, if healthy, is a meat tenderizer
ACRB reminds me of Matt Forte (of course not as good). He can run and catch.

The boy can move for being as big as he is.

Carey said the kicking game is a concern right now. Said Wedel is still the best option for punts, field goals and kickoffs.

Matt Forte is 6'2" 220. Akeem is 5'8" 190.

Hopefully he starts gaining some confidence, if this is the case. It's a tough position to put Wedel in, to be fair. He did a great job punting on Saturday.

Playing style, Akeem is much more like forte than any player on the roster. Both are slashers and outside runners. Both are both serious catching threats. Bouganon is nowhere close to the passing threat Akeem is. Daniels used to be a WR.

But how can you say you've seen enough of ACRB to know he's forte-esque....Akeem can run well enough and has GREAT hands for a back....
ACRB Receiving Stats: 2014 - 2 receptions, -1 yards
2013 - 1 reception, 10 yards

RE: Hare Named Starter for UNLV
Here's a serious question...why not start ANY OTHER KICKER on the fricking roster?! I mean, a freshman should be able to handle it just as well as a senior...sure maybe the jitters, but kicking is kicking, plain and simple...boot the ball through the goal post
