We are going with a taco bar. Fajitas, Carne guisada, Taco Meat, rice, beans and a nacho bar.

Finally time for out first home tailgate this season.

Come down a few spots and Ill feed you some breakfast tacos it looks like.. goes great with beer...

With this being an 11 am game We wont go all out, but there will be beer and tacos. The Persians are now going to start bringin Kabobs to cook for the afternoon and evening games..

I don't know what there will be at a nice air conditioned restaurant with waiters. But we shall see. We usually don't do tailgates.

Did that all the time in school but usually with either everclear or some shine.

With a noon kick tomorrow it is going to be hot in Charlotte. A high of 89, but with the humidity they are saying it will feel like 98. Ugh. To minimize grill time we are doing BLTs and celebrate some of the last good tomatoes of the year. And beer, and bacon!

Maybe this is a good time to talk mayonnaise. Here in the South we want Duke's Mayo. It is made without sugar, unlike most others. If you have been using Kraft or Hellman's you are missing what a good 'mater sandwich can be. If you use Miracle Whip, well I just don't know what to say.

With every home game being a noon kick-off we have mixed in a few breakfast tailgates. Tomorrow will be one of them with pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash brown casserole, biscuits, and we will finish it off with a commemorative apple pie.

Nothing like drinking a cold beer with breakfast!!!
