Wasn't it the 35-7 beatdown after the plane circled the stadium welcoming Louisville to the Big East?

Here's another: How many non-conference teams beat both Peyton and Eli? The Tigers and who else?

I was there and I happened to break up a fight between two women......one from each school. Beer was thrown and hair was pulled. My drunk ass separated them. Good times.

No one else. Memphis and Texas Tech were the only teams that played both Peyton and Eli. Tech beat Ole Miss a few weeks after Memphis did (the two games unfolded nearly identical), but they did not defeat Tennessee. I believe Memphis was the only non-conference game Peyton ever lost and Tech and Memphis were the only ones Eli lost.

Saw the same thing at the infamous 21-17 game. Lady (I use the term loosely) in orange attacked a lady in blue who was simply yelling go tigers.

Good times indeed.

Aren't we the only team besides Florida to beat all 3 Mannings?

I was one of the first people on the field that day. I was a pledge and no choice but to jump. My buddy got peed on in the stands by some dude and had to leave early.

We never beat Archie.

Memphis was 0-3 vs. Archie Manning; Florida and Ole Miss didn't play while Archie was in school. The Gators lost both games to Ole Miss that Eli played in. I don't know that any program can claim they beat all three.

23-1 at home. Imagine what a home field advantage could do for the Tigers. Sigh.

Rebels lost to West Virginia Eli's Freshman year.

I remember color commentator Bob Rush saying "I prefer my Papa Johns with a side order of whoopass."
I spit coke out of my nose when I heard that LOL.

Which reminds me how good Rush was on color. The guy would comment on the plays that had run...and suggesting something like "lets see if the tigers are setting up for such-and-such kind of play"...which of course soon followed right after he suggested it.
The man was a radio genius.

To this day I have not seen a video of that game.

True, but Romaro Miller was the senior starter. I think Eli played about 11 minutes of mop-up duty vs. West Virginia. Almost led the Rebs back from a 24 point deficit.
