What does this mean regarding the kid from Louisiana? He wasn't even mentioned as in the mix at PG. The article said this walk on is ahead of Markel, but no mention of the other kid.

This really worries me about Markel. If he is as good as Cyp thought, he REALLY needs to concentrate on the skills needed to run point. With his height and wingspan he could be special at that spot

An experienced option at the point is something that we thought would be coming a long the pike all summer. Looks like Grand Marnier is our best option at PG experience.

I really don't understand CJP sometimes. We've all known for 6 months that he has a need for an experienced PG for this year. There have been literally dozens of grad transfer PGs available this summer with much better resumes than this kid he is about to sign. Why he waits until the pickings are nonexistent to do something is baffling.

Markel isn't a PG.

Don't kill the messenger. Apparently, according to the article, the staff had slotted Markel as the backup pg. Again, I have no idea what the status/progress of Dominic Magee.

He's only 5'9", but I hear he plays more like he's 5'10" or 5'11".

If we're starting walk on transfers at PG, this board is going to be a riot this year. I can already see a whole bunch of us getting banned during bball season.
