Jeff Stone would also make a great A.D.

Well, right now he's 2nd in command with Corstange retiring. He just needs a lot more support. Great guy, tireless worker. I worry that once his kids head off to college, he'll find a position elsewhere.

He will not leave. Imo. But who knows. He has alot of dumb things he has to do that could be done by interns.

I thought MP was second in command?

Stones son is going to play baseball at WMU. He might be a lifer.

He is already been there 20+ years

Pension benefits are based on your top three earning years, which is why a lot of administrators leave for higher paying jobs late in their careers.

True, but pension systems in many states are more generous than here.

Michigan ORS is reciprocal with many regional states.

To be fair, I have heard this part 2nd or 3rd hand, so the details are fuzzy. From what I hear, Dunn said the MP is never getting the big job, but he loves Stone.

That's a good thing (if it's true).

I'm taking that ringing endorsement to mean that HJ and Monte disagree on Peej.

C'mon, he's part of us. Why hate on someone so ingrained in the community? At least he doesn't stalk teenagers on social media!

Can't say that I've ever heard anything bad about him from people on campus.

I loved when MP did color. He said the stuff Robin wanted to say, but was too professional to do it. John Creeks a great Bronco, but it's clear he's been told to keep his emotions out of it. Did emotional rants hurt Bob Ufer?
