Did you say the same thing about Al Franken or Al Gore?

Meanwhile, the democrats will continue to overreach and shoot themselves in the foot. I don't see a scenario where the democrats win the house for a very long time so the damage is limited. I am fine with continued gridlock.

I'm absolutely fine with gridlock.

In fact, probably the major reason I want republicans to take the senate is to make gridlock stronger.

I have mixed emotions about 2016. What I really don't want to see right now is either party controlling both all three houses (HOR, senate, and white). I think republicans hold the HOR. So I would want to see the senate and the white house split.

I am also torn on 2016. I guess it depends on who has congress, who the leadership is, and who runs. I don't want another Clinton or Bush. I do like Cruz, but wouldn't want him or anyone else with absolute power and something needs to be done to ensure the executive abuses Obama has gotten away with don't become a precedent. I'm a checks and balances guy. I think Mitt Romney would have done a good job, though his philosophy is a bit centrist for my liking. I could vote for a moderate democrat under the right conditions, but I don't think any exist.

I think my ideal 2016 outcome would be President Joe Manchin with republicans controlling both houses of congress.

I forgot about Manchin, he does seem moderate. I'd have to hear the campaign. How he would plan to represent America will not likely be the same as how he represents West Virginia.

.......and you don't know Chris, either. So, the question still stands; did you tell Al Franken to concede his 2008 Senate loss to Norm Coleman? "Get over it", as you say.

Yet another assumption...why would I come here to talk to Chris McDaniel? I'm sure his email works just fine.

Well then, just who in the hell were you telling to "get over it"? It wasn't Thad Cochran, because as you say, he won.

Is that why Cochran had to have democrats cross over and win him the runoff? He didn't win the majority of republican votes from what I understand from a news report, don't know it that's true or not.

YOU'RE INCORRECT. THE MOST EGREGIOUS SORT OF EVENT TO EVER HAPPEN .

If you look at the photographic illustration, you will see where a DIMOCRAT voted in the DIMOCRAT primary the first time.... then crossed over to vote in the Republican primary the last time... thus giving the selection to Cochran.

I know it's confusing, but that is what this procedure was supposed to do.

JUST ANOTHER REASON THIS RINO COCHRAN NEEDED TO GO.

Looks as if many people may have double voted, but Dem then Repub so those should
be thrown out. Seems like he has a good chance, but who knows.
