I bet UAB will not be involved. Pearl will not want to compete for attention with another state school that will compete with recruits. Samford and somebody maybe?

Why do you think UAB is in the picture somewhere? This is the BJCC Invitational, not Bartow Arena Invitational.

If the fans didn't want to take Pearls offer then don't cry if you are not invited to the invitational.

Could be Samford v. Belmont

If it does not interferer with a Blazer game I will go and root for our new conference brothers.

Yes, he had already been in negotiations with MTSU. That was happening with or without a series with UAB.

Well hopefully MTSU kicks their butt and they'll play their specials in Montgomery from then on!

UAB would not be involved in whatever setup that they have at the BJCC.

Pearl would crap his pants if he invited UAB to it & UAB showed up his team by having more fans in attendance.

Pearl is evil. Pearl kicks puppies and small children. Pearl is only at Auburn to destroy our way of life as we know it. Bad bad Pearl.

Dude, this info was taken from Samford website. Why would Samford post info about this invitational if they're not involved in it?

It appears to be a Samford message board and posters are speculating like we are. It's not anything from official Samford.

Btw Auburn is going to shock some this year without the instate talent. Wish we couldve put something together with them. Hope we didn't use the we're UAB and we own the overall record crap we need good games home and away. This game matched both great away game.

Ok here's a shocker UAB fans should want see UAB vs anybody because we're UAB fans not the other school fans. Why do we care so much about Auburn or any one else? Let Auburn be Auburn....we're UAB!

Yep, we fans should be very happy when we schedule d2 teams and SWAC teams. Doesn't matter who we play as long as we get to see the Blazers. It doesn't matter that we sit at home in March instead of playing in post season tournaments because our schedule is so weak. It doesn't matter that our fan base won't grow because we play weak teams and no one is going to come see Young Harris or Newberry. As long as the few UAB fans gets to see UAB play, then it doesn't matter who they play.

Games in March interfere with Spring football practice anyway.
