I cant speak for other schools but within the state of NC I would say ECU takes the cake. UNCW may be close though.

I have no idea about schools other than ECU, but I can tell you a true story. Mark Packer, who is known as Pacman, used to host a sports radio talk show out of Charlotte. He also was involved with Southern Football Pigskin, that use to travel each Saturday to one football game in the South. He often said that Georgia was the only school that would get a visit each year, because of the "quality" of the coeds. One year he visited ECU for the first time and on his show the following Monday he announced that there was now two schools that could count on return visits each year.

Any school in Florida will trump all of the others! The blonde chicks are cool, but the diversity of the latin and exotic women down there are definitely the hottest of them all. So I say the school closest to Hot Miami is the winner! Anyone who disagrees has never been there.
