ND and LSU lead with players drafted through round three
....Just 8 teams have had 3 or more players drafted in the first 100 players, 3 rounds.

5 - LSU
5 - Notre Dame
4 - Florida State
4 - Louisville
4 - Ohio State
3 - Alabama
3 - Auburn
3 - Texas A&M

31 - Total

31% of all players drafted, so far, have come from these 8 schools.

When TAMU had three players drafted in the first 22 picks, did anyone else think, "Wow, they went 4-4 in conference with that."

No. They've always been that way.

...they won't have another player taken in the next 3 rounds?

That too. Very unusual situation.

That's one big difference between college football and college basketball. It would be almost impossible for a hoops team with three future first-rounders to go .500 in conference.

Excellent point. Shoot it'd be hard to not make the Sweet 16.
