As a general rule, if you copy the headline exactly and Google it, the story link you get back should show you the whole thing. It always worked for me when the Dallas Morning News was subscription-only, and it works for me for sub-only Express News stories (I have a Chron sub, so I don't need to do this for them). The only paper it doesn't work for is the Statesman, for whatever the reason.
Anyway. Copy and paste the headline into a Google search, and you should be able to see the whole story.

Good deal. And Brandt's not just another blowhard.
Charles Ross again strangely absent from mention. I have no idea what to expect on him.

First time I've heard Gaines higher than round five. Good for him. I hope the Texans draft him.

Mel Kiper has Gaines to the Lions in the 3rd in his latest mock.

Hey guys....I wanted to give you an update on Phillip. Things are going really well! We are excited for him. He has been very busy. He had dinner with the Jaguars the night before pro day and meet with the Vikings after. He had private workouts with the Bengals and the Bucks. He just got back from a team visit with the Dolphins. He is scheduled to visit the Cardinals, Steelers, Giants and the Bills! Can't wait to see you all at the banquet!

I could have seen him-- and would have loved it if he were-- going to the Giants prior to the start of free agent signing last month. However, at this point, with Cromartie signed to team up with Prince Akamura and the starting corners, with a very good Terrell Thomas finally healthy and returning at nickle, and with two other "contingency" CBs picked up in free agency, I no longer see the fit for Phillip...and, besides, with the Giants focusing so heavily on the defensive secondary and running back in free agent signings, they need to use their first 3 draft picks on the OL and TE positions.

Appears that Phillip's climb up the draft board has not abated yet...

Rice CB Phillip Gaines has good tape and he ran mid 4.3's…wouldn't be shocked if he snuck into the 2nd rd.

Does Ross have the work ethic to play in the NFL?

Any reason you are questioning his work ethic?

It's pissing me off. A young man doesn't do much dancing or screaming on the field so some of our fans question his passion and his work ethic. Apparently they didn't notice the 40 pounds of muscle he has added, or the comparable improvement in his running style.
I can't think of a Rice football player who has made a greater transformation over his career.
I don't know whether he'll make it in the NFL, but I do know that he turned himself into a great player for Rice. He deserves better than this.

Same here. Knowing Charles, he is just a quiet young man who isn't flashy or super outgoing. That should not translate into a lack of work ethic. Knowing how Bailiff is, and hearing rumors of why he has put talented players in the doghouse (Eddington) I can't believe that Ross is short on work ethic with the amount of playing time he received and the success he had.

Charles was a terrific player and probably our best RB since Quinton Smith in 2006

Charles is a very quiet kid just like Phillip. They are good friends so every time I was around Charles he was quiet.

I think Charles is a beast of a running back. He just makes it look easy with no flash or trash talking. He just runs hard. Good kid!

I think that's safe to say.
I was surprised earlier in the process that he didn't get a combine invite or participate in any of the all star games, but it's good to see that his pro day performance has gotten him some closer looks from teams. I think he would have really compared favorably from a measurable standpoint to the top backs in this draft had he gotten the opportunity at the combine.
