Rutgers Faculty : Drop Condi Rice As Speaker For “Causing Death of Over 100,000″…

I suppose this makes liberal academia racist.

The Rutgers University faculty council has passed a resolution calling for the school to rescind Condoleezza Rice’s invitation to speak at commencement.

The former secretary of state drew the ire of the school’s professors for her “prominent role in [the Bush] administration’s efforts to mislead the American people about the presence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and the existence of links between al Qaeda and the Iraqi regime.”

Her efforts in the administration, according to the resolution,”led to the second Iraq war, which caused the death of over 100,000 men, women and children, and the displacement of millions of others.”

LOL. Wow.

The Bush administration knew good and well what they were going to Iraq for. Democracy. There wasn't a lot of proof for WMD's (really you can thank Mark Lowenthal) but there wasn't enough evidence to suggest there weren't WMD's either. What these dummies fail to realize is we were going over there anyway, bush, no bush, WMD's, no WMD's, whoever was running the show did not matter. America's foreign policy towards terrorism, failed and failing states, etc is to remove what they have and try to put in what we have.

To say Condi Rice was the person responsible is extremely laughable. It didn't matter who was in that office. Any American blooded NSC would've done the same thing.

Good for them. It's not like she wasn't associated with the "crimes" that Bush committed and the thousands that died because of their actions while in power.

What sophomoric sophistry.

You could, quite literally, make this claim about any war action any country has ever taken, ever. Do you condemn those that settled this country? Many do, right here on this board. Do you associate "crimes" with those who fought and lost their lives in Vietnam?

How about defeating Tojo or Hitler? There were waaaay more egregious "crimes" during those disputes. Stuff that would turn a fella's stomach, on both sides.

Good for them? Good.

Bad for the rest of us and bad for our future. Shut down the dialogue and quell discussion, that always leads to a more informed bunch of children.

Trying to pre-emptively kill a viable 2016 candidate. Susan Rice deserves more scorn for her OVERT lies about Benghazi, but that will never happen.

Rutgers Univ is illegally occupying lands that belong to Indian tribes. Shame on them.

Speaking of Condi....

There is going to be a documentary about the Iraq war tonight called "Why they did it" on MSNBC.

Everyone should see it so we can break it down tomorrow.

But that is why everyone should see it....so that we can discuss what we thought was fair or unfair.
