Stuff like this, and the even more egregious offenses by the UNC football team, are why the NCAA gets accused of selective enforcement.
There is good reason for the accusations.

Maybe Coach is a man of high ethical character, saw what we're doing at UAB, and wanted to get out without looking like a Haasehole to Roy.
In just 1.333 seasons, to me his work ethic and character is greater than three of UAB's previous four coaches.
