This is bullsh*t. Have these so called heard of "puppy love". Lil man doesn't even know what sexual harassment is. All he did was kiss a girl on the hand and claimed she was his girlfriend.... PC is totally out of f*cking hand. Way to ruin a kids life before it even gets started.

People have lost their ever loving freaking minds. Another prime example of a CYA and some stoopit over paid administrator that can't exercise their own judgement or common sense so they hide behind "zero tolerance". Another fine example set by our government schools.

Consider it this way: If another boy had kissed this kid and he complained, would he be considered an intolerant homophobe? And how is it harassment if the girl wasn't bothered by it?

Sexual harassment in and of itself indicates an intent and a knowledge. I suspect this little kid had neither of those things...

I guess the school realized how stupid it looked and has decided not to charge the little boy with sexual harassment.

Hell, when I was six, I girls kissing me pretty regular, and while I thought it was yucky, it never occurred to me to file charges.

Teachers have done far worse and received less punishment.

That's exactly right. And if it was a female teacher or principal, then she should be charged w/ sexual harassment.
