I can't believe NBC released these results. Maybe, just maybe, the average low information voter is catching on what an absolute liar and con man Barry is....

A year that began with President Barack Obama riding high after his re-election victory is ending with him in the biggest hole of his presidency.

A new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll finds that more Americans disapprove of the president’s job performance than ever before; half say they’re either disappointed or dissatisfied with his presidency and 54 percent believe he’s facing a long-term setback.

Perhaps more significantly, Obama has seen a drop in key presidential attributes.

Just 28 percent give the president high grades for being able to achieve his goals (down 16 points from January); only 37 percent give him high marks for being honest and straightforward (down 5 points from June); and 44 percent give him high marks for being able to handle a crisis (down another 5 points since June).

The media trying desperately to save him by running stories about how his approval is on the comeback. I'm surprised NBC allowed the results of this poll to see the light of day.

Agree. The fact NBC did this poll and actually released the results has to scare the sh#5 out of this regime.

What's really interesting is how Rasmussen has his highest approval numbers.

Sounds about right.

So 37% of those asked are dishonest.

2 things:

1. NBC had to publish it because the WSJ probably would
2. No where in that piece is the word Obamacare used even though it's mentioned several times by other names.

Since 1900, America has had 12 presidents who served at least 5 full years in that office. Of those 12, only 1 or 2 (Nixon in 1973 and arguably LBJ in 1968) had more disastrous "Fifth Years" than Obama.

At no point since he first burst on the national scene have I ever considered Obama "honest and/or straightforward." His inflection and mannerisms have always screamed to me "I'm lying," and actual results have backed that up. He's a master at appearances and illusions. It may finally be catching up with him.

If republicans don't do something really stupid, the pendulum could swing back. But what are the odds that republicans won't do something stupid?

Take out the blacks and you're at 24%.

Any politician should automatically start out with a 0% "honest and straightforward" rating and have to prove otherwise.

They're the ones you're buying health insurance for, paying for their EBT cards, Obama phones, Welfare, unemployment, etc. They're the ones who benefit from wealth redistribution. I could also play the race card on this but I'll save that for another day.

The pride leaves the minute one starts accepting free stuff and mentally settling that, "I can't make it on my own". It gets less and less the more and more it's accepted. For way too many on the dole now, it's evolved from being embarrassed when taking free stuff, to being entitled to it and throwing a fit if the spigot is shut off.
