Already signed contracts I suspect.
We have games with UC, UK, SEMO, WCU and Gardner Webb. We have to move the SEMO game ad we now have UNA on Sep 30 but we both are open the prior week.
Edit.. FBSchedules confirmed 6 conference games do to non-conference contacts.

I thought it was no new single sports conferences in Division 1? That is what I found before. I didn't see an FBS/FCS distinction. Possible I missed that but I didn't see that from what I researched.

The item I found on the NCAA site said it was to expire July 1, 2021. No one could find an extension.
The by-law others are saying prevents it is 20.02.6. It seems to show all the sports have to be in the conference. The ASUN WAC response was that discussions with the NCAA that they will support this.
