My car requires premium anyway so I don't pay that much attn. I just bend over right away.

I still suspect the real bump back up in gas prices will be felt in the weeks immediately following the mid-term election as we are scheduled to finally stop the incredibly dangerous strategy of draining the US Strategic Oil Reserve of 1 million barrels a day at the end of October. It should be noted the reserve is now at dangerously low levels.

I filled up on Monday night and it was $3.49, then on Tuesday morning it was up to $3.99. Checked again today and its $3.69. Yesterday's average for my area is $3.67, today's average is $3.73. The average a week ago was $3.64.

But I love how you ignored the gradual drop in Michigan from $5.00+ to nearly $3.50+ over the last several months for one anomaly in your town. That takes a special kid of person.

Curious, did you hear about the refinery incident in Indiana a little over a week ago? The refinery that supplied nearly all of the midwest? This could have all been the result of a minor delay in supply from that.

Last week I filled up for $3.89.. Checking the app for the spot next to my house it's at $3.59 which probably means I need to fill up tonight because it could jump tomorrow.
